How much is Shipping?

Shipping for all items within the U.S is $2.95


How do I place my order online? Your order may be completed online by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button next to the item you wish to purchase. Your order will be placed on our secure server requesting your confidenital shipping and credit card information.

Can I order by phone or fax?

How can I pay for my order? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and  American Express through our merchant account. We also except checks and money orders.

Can I pay for my order by personal check? We accepts checks and money orders. All checks must clear before the merchandise will be shipped. You may also order over the phone. Your check can be mailed to the following address: P.O. Box 150  Milford, NH  03055

How will you ship my order? We will ship your orders by U.S. Priorty Mail or U.S Ground at our discretion. Shipping for all orders within the US is $2.95

What about international delivery? For international delivery, allow an additional 10 days and $10.95 in shipping. Exceptions may apply. Please contact us for additional information.

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days.

What if an item is damaged during shipment?

What is your return, refund & exchange policy? Our products are all 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase call our customer service line at 1-800-354-4708 with any questions or concerns.

How do I change the light bulb in my night light? Our night lights allow for easy bulb replacement. To change the bulb, simply rotate the night light base 1/4 turn in either direction and pull the base downwards. Change the bulb and reinstall - insert the base sideways and turn 1/4 turn so the switch is in the front. The base will click into position.

The night light bulb burnt out. What size replacement bulb should I buy?

We recommend a 4 watt replacement bulb. (7 watt max)


How come the night light prongs won't go into my outlet? The prongs on the night light base rotate 360 degrees, so no matter which way your outlet has been installed, Illuminart will always face up.

Will my item look exactly like the picture? We make every effort to provide high quality images to assit you in choosing the product you wish to purchase. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitors color settings.
