How do I change the light bulb in my night light?
Our night lights allow for easy bulb replacement. To change the bulb, simply rotate the night light base 1/4 turn in either direction and pull the base downwards. Change the bulb and reinstall - insert the base sideways and turn 1/4 turn so the switch is in the front. The base will click into position.
The night light bulb burnt out. What size replacement bulb should I buy?
We recommend a 4 watt replacement bulb. (7 watt max)
How come the night light prongs won't go into my outlet?
The prongs on the night light base rotate 360 degrees, so no matter which way your outlet has been installed, Illuminart will always face up.
Will my item look exactly like the picture?
