Production Times: Samples 1 to 5 business days
Production 1 to 2 weeks (up to 2500 pieces)
Rush Service: No Problem. All rush orders must be authorized & confirmed with our factory, call for details.
Reorders: No set up charge
Absolute Minimum: 50 pieces with a $75 (g) less than minimum charge.
Artwork Submissions: We accept photos, transparancies and digital images. Digital images must be .tif or .jpg in MAC/PC format and at least 300 dpi and sized to the actual image dimesions or larger. See Custom Checklist for details.
Live Area: Placement of images in products have a tolerance of +/- 1/8 inch. Please keep necessary text at least 1/4 inch from the edge of the image area.
Art & Design Charges: Color correction, logo and copy adjustments may be billed at $80/hr (net) billable in 15 minute increments when applicable.
Custom Printed Stickers: Applied & included at no extra charge.
Licensed Artwork: We maintain an extensive line of artwork, much of which is licensed form top art publishing houses, museums and independent artists world wide. Use of these images are an additional 12% (g).
Pre-Production: Once approved, authorazation to proceed must be submitted in writing.
Overruns / Underruns: Up to 5% in either direction.
Special Packaging: Gift Packaging and other options available for all products. Call For Details.
Shipping: FOB Wilton, NH. Ground or expedited shipping by UPS or Fed-Ex at our discretion unless otherwise specified. Customers must provide account number for expedited UPS or Fed-Ex shipments.
Changes to Orders: All changes to orders must be made in writing, submitted to the factory & confirmed.
Cancellations: Must be made in writing to the factory & confirmed. Once production has been started cancellations are not allowed.
Returned Merchandise: Available for defects or factory error only. Must call factory for approval & details.
